We’ll kick off with a meeting, either in person or on a video call. This is your opportunity to summarise the status quo and to present us with your problems. Then we go away and work out our recommended approach. Next, we’ll come back with a scope of work, an outcome, a delivery date and an estimated project fee.
Once the project is underway, we’ll ask you to provide any relevant documents and information, and ask you to put us in touch with any colleagues who can share useful insights. After that initial phase, we’ll need to bother you less, and we can get on with the job, other than to provide updates and ask questions.
